From taste and sweetness (amount of it), this and watermelon are probably the best but to each is own.
The taste is really good and it helps to gulp the gel down during those long runs but sometimes gives a bad aftertaste however I feel it's worth it.
Used Salted Caramel gel in my last 42km Race.. The gels DID give the required mental and physical push needed and the energy levels after taking it, sustained for 40 minutes minimum.. Which eventually got the work done.. Must try it 💯
